Fabric Collage is a process of  cutting and layering multiple fabrics of various shapes, sizes, colors and textures on a base surface to complete the illusion of  light, form and depth.  It is a melding of the fabric designer's creativity with the artist's interpretation to form a completely unique piece of art.
